Delivery & Withdraw

Delivery in Switzerland is by priority mail via Swiss Post. Abroad, by international mail. 

N.B.: As a general rule, we do not make any deliveries on Fridays. This is to ensure that the cacao does not remain in a Post Office warehouse over the weekend.

 

For withdraw, the main collection point is in Coppet, 1296, Switzerland. 

The goods will be delivered to the Post Office or to our collection point within 4 to 5 working days. 

To be noted that appointments can be made for personal delivery in Geneva and Nyon areas in French-speaking Switzerland, and Bellinzona and Locarno in Ticino.

 

Refund Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us to find out if it has already been dispatched. If it has not been dispatched, we can issue a refund minus any bank or transfer charges.

 

Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, we do not accept returns on food products, even if they have not been opened.

 

However, we take responsibility for the products we sell. So if you think there is a problem with the food product you have bought from us, please contact us as soon as possible.
