Ethically sourced organic cacao, sustainably produced by Guatemalan farmers in the Suchitepéquez department of Guatemala.
BEAN-TO-BAR
The cacao beans ferment in banana leaves before being ground in the village mill. Naturally sun-dried in the open air, they are then lightly roasted to eliminate potential microorganisms, enhance their natural aroma, and facilitate manual peeling, expertly carried out by women, guardians of ancestral knowledge.
During the grinding process at the mill, the cacao beans are harmoniously combined with cardamom, a spice with fresh and captivating notes, enriching the sensory experience and the benefits of this exceptional cacao.
This artisanal process ensures the optimal preservation of the natural benefits of cacao and cardamom.

THE ORIGIN OF CARDAMOM & ITS BENEFITS
Originally from the tropical forests of South Asia, cardamom is a precious spice with intense and refined aromas. Introduced to Guatemala in the early 20th century, it has perfectly adapted to the country's fertile lands and humid climate. Today, Guatemala has become the world's largest producer of cardamom, with its cultivation primarily in the hands of small indigenous farming communities.
Used for millennia in Ayurvedic and traditional medicine, cardamom is known for its digestive, anti-inflammatory, and energizing properties. It helps soothe the digestive system, stimulates blood circulation, and provides a sense of clarity and well-being. Its fresh and spicy fragrance also promotes heart opening and emotional balance.
